| High Frequency Web |
The Nicholson high frequency web unit can be fitted immediately after a loading hopper or any part of a grading or packing line.
The web carries out a pre-sizing task by removing unwanted crop while the high frequency vibration of the web is very effective as a pre cleaner. This effective cleaning increases the efficiency of the line and removes a significant amount of rubbish making subsequent picking and grading operations cleaner and less time consuming.
 The web is powered by electric motor with infinitely variable speed giving users the ability to adjust according to crop type. The standard high frequency web will cope with lines handling up to 20 tons per hour at 1200mm wide. Other widths can be manufactured and installed to cope with larger throughputs.
